First Chinese Full Volume2 app for iPhone and iPad

This is the 2nd volume of First Chinese Flash Cards app and is designed for children age from 2-5 to get first Chinese learning experience.

It contains pictures of daily objects so children can learn how to say the words for them in Chinese. The app has 30 different flash cards. Children can navigate through the cards using the back and forward arrows. Clicking on an image will bring up the Chinese character for that object and clicking on the character will return the user to the image. Clicking on the sound icon on the bottom of the card will cause the pronunciation of the character to be played so your child can learn and mimic the pronunciation.

The inspiration for this product comes from my daughter, a 2 year old Chinese-American girl. As a working mother I have little time to teach her Chinese. After talking to other parents with have similar backgrounds, I discovered that they have the same problem. I also have met non-Chinese families who go through a lot of trouble trying to find a reliable nanny to teach their children Chinese as a second language. Thus, the birth of this product - First Chinese Flash Cards. Hopefully this app will help make learning Chinese simple, convenient, and fun and can encourage parents and their children to spend more time together.
